East Water Place is an elegant, award-winning Booth/Hansen development of 56 townhomes in a unique location. We are on a peninsula on the Lake Michigan shore, nestled between the Chicago River and the Ogden Slip, an intimate body of water reminiscent of a Venetian canal. The complex boasts wide swaths of greenery, beautiful views and is ideally situated in downtown Chicago, in the heart of the Streeterville neighborhood.

Streeterville is home to many well known landmarks including the Tribune Tower, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the John Hancock Center and Water Tower Place. Streeterville also is the gateway to Navy Pier, the most popular tourist destination in Chicago, known for cuisine, entertainment and as the launching point for sightseeing and dinner cruises. A few blocks to the west you’ll find world-class shopping and five star dining along North Michigan Avenue, Chicago’s famous Magnificent Mile. Just to the east, along the lakeshore are 18 miles of paths for biking, jogging, and in-line skating, as well as beaches at Oak Street and Ohio Street. Streeterville is Chicago’s most dynamic neighborhood with a healthy population mix of families, urban professionals and empty nesters.

Streeterville extends from the river on the south to Oak Street on the north; Lake Shore Drive to the east and Michigan Avenue to the west. The neighborhood has seen its popularity soar, with several new residential and business buildings completed in the past five years. We are now just a short walk from a new, upscale Dominick’s supermarket, the popular Fox and Obel gourmet emporium, the Lucky Strike bowling lanes and a new 21-screen AMC theatre. Exclusive hotels and four-star dining are in abundance. Click here to see map and access Google maps for businesses and attractions nearby.
